Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are considered final. However, if you feel as though there is a discrepancy in our description of an item you purchased, please contact us via email within 3 business days following your delivery to discuss repairs. Exchanges are not offered at this time for issues on sizing. We kindly ask that you please review measurements provided carefully prior to purchase. 

Exchanges may be available in the future but not currently, and if you are truly unhappy with your item please contact us. We welcome feedback and may be able to offer an alternative solution.

Each item has been hand selected by myself. I do my very best to provide accurate information regarding the condition of each item. As well as an accurate depiction of the piece. Often times, vintage means there is wear from previous use and the effects of time. I’d like to say that sometimes that’s exactly what brings the charm - The story the piece tells. I please encourage you to read the description and review all photos thoroughly prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item please contact me via email or direct message on Instagram and I will do my best to respond timely. Every biscuit is one of a kind and I’m so happy to share them with you. After all, I want you to be happy!
